We are seeking an experienced and technically adept AI Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions focused on enhancing employee productivity and automating internal business processes. You will translate user needs and cutting-edge AI research into impactful, scalable, and secure internal tools that improve operational efficiency across the organization.
What you'll need
  • 3–7 years of product management experience, with at least 1–2 years working on AI/ML products.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, model development workflows, and AI infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to manage and launch AI-powered internal tools or data-driven products.
  • Experience with GenAI (e.g., large language models, prompt engineering).
  • Familiarity with Python, APIs, and model deployment workflows.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, model evaluation, and ethical AI principles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
What you'll do
  • Product Vision & Strategy; Define and drive the roadmap for AI/ML-powered features and tools that support internal productivity and automation initiatives. Identify opportunities to apply AI to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance employee efficiency. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Execution & Delivery; Own the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment—prioritizing features using data-driven decision-making. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, secure, and maintainable AI solutions that solve real internal challenges.
  • Operational Excellence; Proactively identify and solve complex problems in specialized domains using established processes and frameworks. Lead functional teams or projects, mentor junior staff, and serve as a quality and best practices advocate.
  • User-Centric Approach; Collaborate closely with internal users to understand pain points and gather feedback. Prioritize and refine product features based on user input, business goals, and performance data.
  • Stakeholder Management & Compliance; Work across departments to align efforts, communicate progress, and adapt to evolving internal needs. Implement best practices for data security, privacy, and responsible AI use, collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant standards.
