For our direct-to-consumer channels (Samsung.com, Shop App, EPP, SMB), we are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Online Marketing Manager (MT role) to join our team and lead the online marketing efforts in the Benelux region. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving online sales growth, optimizing customer engagement through strategic digital marketing initiatives and grow our retention rates.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce direct-to-consumer marketing strategies to drive sales growth, customer engagement and retention, and on our eStore Channels
  • Collaborate with the Category Managers, Divisions & Corporate Marketing teams to align e-commerce initiatives with broader CRM, paid media, and campaign management goals.

Campaign Management

  • Design, coordinate and execute targeted marketing campaigns for Samsung.com, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Demand Generation

  • In close collaboration with corporate marketing, manage paid media campaigns, including digital advertising, social media promotions, and influencer partnerships, to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Oversee Samsung’s DtC CRM strategies to nurture customer relationships, drive repeat purchases, and enhance customer loyalty on Samsung.com.

Onsite Experience

  • Content publishing, localization & QA eStore Channels (Samsung.com, Shop App, EPP and SMB)
  • End-to-end UX improvements incl A/B testing

Business Intelligence and Data Analysis

  • Use insights to inform decision-making, optimize marketing efforts, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the BI team to gather and analyze data on customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance.

Shop App, ePromoter Management & Outbound messaging

  • Define growth strategy and yearly/quarterly focus areas (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention)
  • Manage day-to-day operations, liaison between category management, content publishing and HQ development team

Skills and Qualifications

What Are Your Assets

You are a seasoned eCommerce professional who knows how to grow online channel performance. You think strategically but act hands-on. You are data-driven, commercially sharp, and take ownership in a dynamic environment.

We also request:

  • Have proven experience in online ecommerce marketing, preferably within a top-tier brand or digital-first environment active in direct-to-consumer sales.
  • Are commercially savvy, hands-on, and confident in using data to support your decisions.
  • Operate independently, are result-oriented, and know how to get stakeholders aligned.
  • Are fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
