You will be a key member of the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) management team, responsible for delivering a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience across all Philips global websites.

Your role:

• Will be to lead a team of web and content strategy, technology, digital content, testing & optimization, and SEO managers to develop and execute a global content and web capability.

• Your team will establish and set global governance, standards, and best practices for all our Health Systems businesses for their global web and content properties and platforms.

• You will help us continue to drive an evolution of our digital customer experience through transformational programs and continuous customer focused optimization.

• You will be responsible for partnering with all businesses and regions to develop and execute activities to meet customer needs while identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for growth.

• You will have the opportunity to create and execute a vision to take us to the next level of impact, partnering with marketing, sales, IT, and other leadership across the organization.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in the digital marketing space, inclusive of web strategy and execution.

• You have experience managing a cross-functional digital team with a global scope of work and a strong understanding of core digital marketing technology platforms, including website content management systems and digital asset management platforms.

• Your skills include digital marketing strategy, web strategy and execution, ability to negotiate and manage a diverse set of global stakeholders.

• You have a BA degree, MBA preferred, in a related field.
