Your role:
You will lead developing our global strategy and roadmap for our web and content capability, ensuring maximum value realization of this critical digital channel.
You are an experienced website strategist with a keen understanding of the interdependence between high-quality digital content and website effectiveness to drive business impact.
You will be at the forefront of driving transformative website experiences through development of a comprehensive, global web and content strategy roadmap for B2B Health Systems, as part of the Digital Center of Excellence.
Your holistic approach to web strategy will provide clarity on user journey needs and best practices to ensure superior digital experiences for a breadth of customer needs.
You will harmonize the web strategy in partnership with other channel leaders to ensure a cohesive, end-to-end digital customer experience and drive stakeholder alignment of your plan across the organization. Your leadership will shape the creation and delivery of the global website program and related website initiatives, aligning with the company's strategic vision.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred. Preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, and 7+ years of experience in website and digital content strategy development. Healthcare technology marketing experience a plus.
Exceptional strategic leader, with sharp communication and storytelling skills.
A passionate customer experience advocate, who can inspire colleagues through an “outside-in” approach to website strategy.
Ability to communicate business cases, strategy and roadmap to influence and advocate in a large, matrixed organization.
Proven experience in senior-level digital marketing roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing website experience and conversion strategies.
Demonstrated success collaborating with and influencing cross-functionally across multiple offices and time zones.
Ability to cultivate innovation, drive digital and agile transformation, and act as a role model with customer focus, quality, integrity, teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.
