We, the EMEA NSP (Nike Stores Partnered) team, formalize and execute Nike`s Direct to Consumer & Partner Management Strategies for our NSP fleet. We lead the NSP Channel, within the Nike Direct organization, collaborating cross functionally to visualize how NSP can deliver the best of Nike to our consumers, now and in the future. We work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment which is a key growth area of the organization. There is never a dull moment!

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role is part of the EMEA NSP Team, part of our Nike Direct organisation. The person will work in close collaboration with our NSP team and will be part of the EMEA NSP Operations team, and will report to Partner Management and Operations Director.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our NSP team, focusing on managing the design, development and maintenance of critical retail reports to help driving the business and support the team briging to life this exciting new chapter of NSP in EMEA – our NSP NXT Model.

The role requires strong reporting and analytics skills, and strong understanding of business and retail. The ideal candidate has experience with :

  • Expertise in Business analytics and planning, detailed reporting,
  • Strong relationship builder: ability to influence internal and external stakeholder
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Savvyness with numbers: Highly analytical, performance management and ability to identify commercial opportunities to drive sales
  • Retail, Financial and Business Planning experience

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Reporting & Analytics , you will be responsible for managing the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses for EMEA NSP Business.

  • Develop, maintain and distribute reports, dashboards, and materials for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed to support the needs of the retail business and provide relevant insights to make critical business decisions.
  • Support the forecasting process and development of product franchise level reporting across a wide variety of categories and KPIs.
  • Turn business questions into functional analysis – understand the core impact regarding sales, profitability, and operational KPIs
  • Guide data-driven decision-making by extracting and aggregating data from multiple sources and translating it into relevant insights
  • Assess current suite of reporting tools, identifying areas of opportunity, redundancy, and efficiency.
