About the Role

We’re looking for a (Freelance) Performance Marketer for 24-32 hours. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing (Klaviyo), and Affiliate Marketing. Your main focus will be on Google Ads and Meta Ads, so hands-on experience with both is essential. You’ll also work closely with our designer to ensure our campaigns are both data-driven and visually engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, optimize, and analyze Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
• Manage budgets and allocate spending efficiently to maximize performance
• Continuously optimize ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates
• Brief and create engaging email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo)
• Manage and optimize automated email flows for customer journeys
• Oversee and grow our Affiliate Marketing partnerships
• Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve performance
• Stay ahead of trends, test new strategies, and proactively improve campaigns

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Strong analytical skills - comfortable with data, reporting, and insights
• Creativity - ability to brief designers and develop compelling ad content
• Motivation and a proactive mindset - always looking for ways to improve results
• Adaptability - comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and adjusting strategies when needed
• Problem-solving skills - able to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve performance marketing strategies

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing (TradeTracker)
