Digital Marketing Manager

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you take ownership of all digital Traffic and CRM channels — including paid advertising, SEO, and e-mail marketing. You oversee how these channels perform across markets and ensure they’re fully aligned with our omnichannel activation calendar and commercial goals.

You evaluate and analyze the results of online media campaigns and can report diligently on results to your team and senior management. You play a key role in developing reports and dashboards and delivering results of campaigns, plus you can explain how the various channels interact towards overall results. You know how to read important metrics and can explain learnings and analysis in a clear and structured way to different teams.

You are responsible for the full digital marketing funnel: from driving brand awareness and reach to maximizing ecommerce KPIs like conversion, ROAS and customer retention. You are hands-on, data-driven, and confident in managing a growing team.

The role falls within the ecommerce & CX team and reports to the director of the Digital & CX.
