ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to join our team at Gisou. In this role, you will define and lead our global IT strategy, operations, and infrastructure. As we scale, you will ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions that power our business, while proactively identifying opportunities to optimize systems, protect data, and support high-growth demands.

With a strong technical foundation, proven leadership, and a solutions-oriented mindset, you’ll play a central role in building a scalable and secure IT environment that supports our global teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technology Strategy & Innovation

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with Gisou’s business goals.
• Proactively identify and implement scalable technology solutions to support company growth.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools, systems, and platforms to drive efficiency and innovation.

Infrastructure & operations

• Ensure operational excellence in day-to-day IT services, including hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of business systems (e.g., ERP, SaaS platforms).
• Manage IT service providers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Cybersecurity & compliance

• Implement robust cybersecurity policies and procedures to safeguard company data and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner closely with key stakeholders across teams to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Leadership Team and provide day-to-day strategic support to the CFO.
• Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing IT function.
