The JobWe are looking for a Head of Growth to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketing department and driving Ekster’s global leadership in the travel gear market. This position will oversee the synergy between our Performance Marketing, Content, and Partnerships teams to align our branding and growth initiatives. You will lead a team across performance, influencer marketing, content creation and retention to hit their quarterly and yearly targets. Your efforts will ultimately drive consumer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth across our active markets. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
What will you do?- Manage the performance marketing team, both in-house and external agencies.
- Oversee relationships with creative agencies to ensure alignment with growth goals.
- Be responsible for optimizing and maintaining high-converting landing pages.
- Lead retention strategies to boost customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Drive overall customer journey, scaling the brand efficiently across all channels.
- Own daily P&L, ensuring contribution margin targets are met.
- Have min. 6 years experience in a growth or performance marketing role, with a focus on DTC
- Proven success in executing integrated marketing campaigns and scaling revenue across a wide range of digital marketing channels.
- Strong leading experience and managing day-to-day execution while driving long-term strategy.
- Deep understanding of data analytics.
- Strong communication skills and a get-things done mindset
- Experienced with key growth tools (Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Facebook Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.)
