Your aim as a Product Manager is to lead the full product lifecycle, from idea to end of life, to ensure Bugaboo delivers profitable innovation that meets revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

You are part of the Product team and report to the Director of Product Management.

What will you do

Drive in-market product performance

  • Monitor global in-market performance for your product category focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction, quality, and operational efficiency, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously optimize pricing, product claims, and messaging to stay competitive and relevant.
  • Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities and product enhancements.

Manage New Product Introductions (NPIs)

  • Actively shape the 5-year product roadmap and new product development by representing the voice of the consumer and market.
  • Analyze and share consumer and market insights to develop relevant and commercially valuable value propositions.
  • Define clear market positioning, including pricing and claims, for new products.
  • Lead all go-to-market (GTM) responsibilities according to the GTM playbook.

Own a cross-portfolio initiative

  • Depending on workload, lead a cross-portfolio initiative such as a process improvement or a specific strategic topic.

Stakeholder and project management

  • Depending on a project, it may be required to manage the delivery of product development through project management, including establishing milestones, tracking progress, and addressing risks and issues.
  • If a dedicated project manager is assigned, collaborate closely to co-manage the process while owning external communication to the steering group and management team.

What you will bring to the table

  • Educational background in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Time management skills
  • Good verbal and written presentation skills
  • Able to easily connect with people (including more senior colleagues) and have them deliver their tasks without having direct influence on them
  • Self-starter, proactive and well-organized
  • Quick learner
  • You are available to come to the office 2-3 times a week

You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.

You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
